The FiSer approach

There is no one size fits all for integrations or separation of entities. The Fiser Approach for integration and separation starts with implementing a strong governance over the entire scope of the to be separated / integrated entities. From this governance, create clear workstreams with clear missions, deliverables and interdependencies with the other work streams as well as dependencies external to the program. Once setup, crucial is that the target operating model is defined for the combination of the to be integrated entities or the two to be separated entities. Based on the target operating model, the future processes, organization and systems can be assessed to see where there are gaps towards implementing this operating model. Once all gaps have been identified, clear implementation plans will be created. Stakeholder management for all entities is a crucial part for the success of the delivery.

The FiSer Services

Looking at the different Fiser Services, it is fair to say that for an integration programme, most of the Fiser Services would be required, from business case, to mobilisation of the programme, setting up the right governance structure and subsequent programme structure, to program and project management to manage the overall program and work streams, PMO support to ensure proper reporting, Target Operating Model definition on all levels, Business Analysis for analyzing the as-is and to-be and defining the gaps.
