The winner of the Gazellen Award for years 2019, 2020, and 2021, 2022 is growing the team and recruiting for an Insurance Practice Lead.

ABOUT THE ROLE

For this role you will become the FiSer Lead of the FiSer Insurance & Pensions Practice proposition. So, you will be helping our clients within the Insurance & Pensions Industry to prepare for the future and support the further development and growth of FiSer Consulting.

Therefore, you:  

  • Have a leading delivery role at one of our Insurance & Pension clients.
  • Develop the Insurance & Pensions practice proposition, i.e. what trends will hit the Insurance & Pension sector in the coming period and how can FiSer support its Insurance & Pensions clients.
  • Support our clients in different roles and levels in their organization.
  • Focus on Change Management and Transforming Businesses.
  • Develop our business and enrich the current customer base of FiSer Consulting by attracting new business.
  • Continue to actively expand your already large network within the Financial Services Industry, more specifically in the Insurance & Pensions Industry.
  • Help grow the FiSer Consulting brand in Financial Services.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual who is eager to contribute their expertise to our team’s success.
 
Therefore, you have:
 
  • More than 10+ years of relevant experience within Insurance (e.g. Model Development, Finance, Financial and non-Financial Risk Management, Operations, IT).
  • Experience in working on projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to implementation – managing issues, and risks and resolving conflicts on behalf of project sponsors.
  • Passion about Digital Transformation (i.e. you stay up-to-date with the latest developments).
  • A good understanding of all developments within the Payments Industry, in the regulatory aspect, organizational aspect, and IT innovation aspect.
  • Project/Change Management skills or Business Analytical skills across the full change management lifecycle within agile environments (service and loyalty).
  • A very strong network at all levels within the Dutch Insurance Industry.
  • A collaborative, delivery-focused, limits-pusher, and problem solver spirit.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional English and Dutch communication skills, both written and verbal. 

WE OFFER

  • A competitive salary depending on your experience and capabilities, along with a yearly bonus (ranging from 0 – 15% of your annual pay, depending on your and the company’s performance).
  • A holiday entitlement of 25 days a year. The entitlement is increased based on the number of years of service with 1 day after 2 years, another 1 day after 3 years and another 3 days after 5 years of service. Furthermore, you are entitled to 1 additional Diversity Day.
  • Possibility to buy a maximum of 10 additional days per calendar year.
  • Pension scheme.
  • A company laptop and an expense allowance including phone cost reimbursement, working from home reimbursement, and full flexibility on business traveling such as a first class NS business card and a mileage reimbursement.
  • Commission from your contribution to FiSer, via referrals and sales bonuses.
