OUR HISTORY

It has always been our mission to help our clients achieve successful transformations in line with the future shape of the Financial Services industry. FiSer is founded by Mischa Wesdorp and Dirk Worm in 2015. Since then, we have been operating at the heart of the change in financial organisations and we ensure that complex programmes are being delivered according to plan and across international locations with multidisciplinary teams. During that time the team has also steadily grown and through client and personal successes of employees FiSer has even won the 2019 FD Gazelle.

Mischa is the founder of FiSer Consulting and brings over 18 years’ experience in the Global Financial Services Industry where he has been employed mostly by large international Dutch based banks, as well as Dutch based insurance companies. In his career, Mischa acquired an all-round understanding of Risk, Lending and Payments.

Dirk Worm

Dirk has over 20 years of experience in Global Financial Markets, particularly in the Investment Banking and Corporate & Commercial Banking industries. Dirk’s consulting skills lie in risk management, capital management, front office transaction management, the implementation of asset & liability management and treasury functions and the implementation of regulatory processes, including Basel II, III, MiFID and EMIR.

He has more than 10+ years of insurance expertise combined with strong technical analytical skills. Within insurance, he has done programs and projects in the P&C, Pensions, and MGA areas, which makes him a versatile consultant and able to leverage knowledge and expertise across the insurance domain.

His main expertise lies in guiding technological improvements/changes in core insurance processes. He is also able to work with different angles on a program/project, which can be from the business side, IT side, or a vendor perspective.
