In 2015, we have started our young, niche and independent consulting boutique by bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

We have been growing a lot since we started the company to become a scale-up now, winning the FD Gazelle Award for the 5th year in a row.

Dirk Worm

Managing Partner
Dirk has close to 30 years of experience in Financial Service industry, particularly in the field of Treasury & Financial Markets and Risk & Finance. Dirk’s consulting skills lie in advising, managing, and delivering strategic company-wide change initiatives at board level across business and technology. Key strengths are his structured and consistent way of working and being resourceful to achieve goals.

He is described as a self-possessed and people-oriented person.

Mischa Wesdorp

Managing Partner
Mischa brings over 20 years’ experience in the Global Financial Services Industry where he has been working with mostly large international Dutch based banks, as well as Dutch based insurance companies. Mischa acquired an all-round understanding of Risk, Lending, Financial Markets, Internal Model Development as well as Payments. His key strengths are being delivery focused and able to manage large complex international programs. In the role of implementation manager, Mischa has led and successfully implemented with multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-locations teams.

Marie-José van den Berg

Office Manager
Marie-Jose has been working since 45 years and is an office manager since 25 years with an HR experience since 2018. With MJ, what supposed to be done today, is done yesterday, that's how much she is on the top of her work. Her focus is the personal contact with employees. MJ's key strengths are having a strong personality, being all-time positive with a 100% commitment to what she does, and most importantly being there for her people.

She is best described as reliable and caretaker.

Willem Jan van Dam

Principal Consultant
Willem Jan is an International Program Manager, with over 20 years of experience on the executive level in cross-border Financial Markets, Banking, and Insurance Industries. A proven track record in leading the successful execution of multiple international highly complex organizational restructurings, post-merger integrations, transformation, separation, and regulatory technology change programs. Willem Jan worked/ lived in Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Frankfurt, Paris and Singapore. At FiSer, his focus will be on the European expansion.

Jeroen Wiggers

Banking Practice Lead
Jeroen is an accomplished banking professional with over 10 years of experience in consultancy and banking regulation. He has worked on large-scale regulatory and transformation projects at Capgemini Consulting and EY Advisory. He also spent five years as a senior supervisor within the ECB's Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) in which he oversaw ongoing supervision of two significant European banks and performed the yearly Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP). Jeroen’s strengths are his ability to coordinate international project teams and provide expert guidance and program management to banks on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues.

Senior Consultant
Camila is an experienced banking professional with a background in Asset & Liability Management, Funding Strategy, and Debt Capital Markets, including sustainability-related transactions. Over 8 years of expertise and a track record of leading cross-functional projects and structuring innovative financial instruments to drive positive impact. Notable achievements include leading the first Chilean AT1 bond transaction and issuing the first bond with ESG criteria for Santander-Chile to finance SMEs owned or led by women. Camila is a team builder through collaboration and humility, and she is intrinsically motivated to guide the financial sector in contributing to sustainable development.

Penpisut Chaovanaya

Consultant
Penpisut has 5 years of experience in financial services especially in International Financial Reporting Standards i.e. IFRS 9, IFRS 16, and other IFRS conversion and system implementation projects. She also has 1 year experience in doing PMO role for Credit Model Redevelopment Program. Her key strengths lie in her resilience and stakeholders management as she can work with people who have different backgrounds i.e. IT, finance, and accounting and her time management skills as she can handle several different projects at a time by prioritizing tasks and time.

Consultant
Gabor is a Banking Consultant and has honed his skills in business analysis and model development through strategic and analytical roles at Zanders and OTP Bank. His expertise lies in aiding banks in adapting to new regulations and advising strategies for regulatory compliance. His analytical and problem-solving skills earned him the title of Hungary's best case solver. He adores team environments, and believes collaboration makes work more fun but also more efficient.

Roos Meijer

Consultant
Roos has over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry and over 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, where she has developed distinctive interpersonal skills. She is a natural leader with great problem solving abilities, which is reflected in her previous roles as a team lead and chairman of an association. Over the past 2 years, she was involved in advisory work for an insurance intermediary. She has extensive knowledge about risk minimization, the requirements of the WFT and the value of different insurance products for end-users.

Senior Program Management Officer
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, data analyses, reporting, consulting, compliance and program management Jana provides great added value to programs in all types of organizations. Jana is capable of operating in management consultancy and program management roles and is comfortable to operate in highly complex and political environments. Jana has strong interpersonal and communication skills. She is solution oriented, responsible and challenge driven.

Samuel Moylan

Martin Smith

Senior Consultant
Martin has 10 years’ PMO and project management experience supporting organisational-, process- and systems- change programmes in the international banking sector, and an additional 10 years’ experience managing web-development projects and associated client accounts. He has a proven track record delivering projects on time, to budget and to specification, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Dutch. Martin has strong organisational, interpersonal and client service skills, is personable, and able to work effectively under stress. Martin is used to work in complex international delivery environments where it is key to deliver high quality against strict timelines within budget.
Bart Wals

Senior Business Consultant
Bart has over 20 years of experience in delivering projects within financial services, covering banking, asset management, clearing and custody. He has worked with management (teams) to deliver a shared business or technology change. Bart switches easily between strategic and tactical level. He has gained experience in both front office and back office environments. Bart maintains a helicopter view, with a strong focus on result and execution. He remains calm under pressure and communicates clearly and effectively.

Selma has a broad national and international Project/Program management, (interim) Line manager and Consultancy experience around governance, risk, compliance, and IT. With her energy and enthusiasm, she can motivate and connect people within the setting of cooperation.
